Diversity is crucially important for public, private and third sector alike. With the Equality Act 2010 placing particular responsibilities on public, private and third sector alike, diversity and inclusion needs to sit at the very heart of organisational strategy, policy and practice.
Our diversity refresher training workshop will provide those who have management responsibility within their organisation with the opportunity to explore how valuing diversity in the workplace may impact their role and responsibilities and enhance their knowledge about how to proactively utilise diversity as a core driver for their business goals.
The emphasis in this diversity refresher training will be on a practical and positive approach to valuing colleagues and clients rather than a prescriptive/dogmatic approach to theory or legislation in respect of diversity & inclusion.
